Cheryl's is a dining experience geared towards an unpretentious and eclectic demographic that love all things food. When pressed for description of type of cuisine served, one may well hear the retort, "Arkansas Hillbilly Girl That Lived And Dined in NYC For Seventeen Years Cuisine". The food is good. The food is fresh. The food is made with love and from the heart. In season local shrimp, oysters or flounder, fried or sauteed with various sauces. Southern black eyed peas over rice-vegan or vegetarian or with an addition of grilled pork steak. East Indian curry, Brazilian style black beans and rice, ravioli with fresh crab special, and handcut char-grilled slabs of tender TX beef.
